The Callaway District Hospital Foundation, Inc. was formed in response to the need of our local citizens to receive the best possible health care and health services.
Contributions to the Callaway District Hospital Foundation, Inc. are used exclusively in the Callaway Hospital District. The Foundation operates independently of the hospital, but funds managed and invested by the Foundation are used for specific improvements, equipment, and services in the Callaway Hospital District.
To help meet our goals, we've established a group called the Roots of Life Club. Memberships may be purchased for the following contributions:
Contributions may also be made in the form of Gifts of Remembrance to honor achievements of individuals or deceased loved ones.
